Meeting registration fee
Registrants who are registered by the Meeting Office should pay their registration fee, in Japanese Yen cash, directly at the time of registration upon arriving at the meeting registration table for the 2017 MSJ Annual Meeting.

Eligibility

All presenters of regular papers and posters, and organizers of Organized Symposia and Free Meetings, must be members of the Mammal Society of Japan.

Registration

Registrants who understand Japanese should register online via the 2017 MSJ Annual Meeting home page. Overseas registrants who do not understand Japanese may email their registration information to the Meeting Office, and the Office will enter your registration into the meeting home page for you. Please provide the following information.

Contact mailing address
E-mail address
Telephone number
Student or non-student status (a student in an undergraduate or post-graduate program of a university or college)
Participation or non-participation in the Reception

Registrants who wish to present a paper or poster should provide the following information:
Choice of oral or poster presentation
Entry or non-entry in the Student Poster Award contest
Title (in English)
Abstract (in English, limit 1200 characters [single-byte, including spaces])
Presentation topic: choose from morphology/anatomy, physiology, ecology/behavior, evolution/taxonomy/biogeography,
conservation/management, but please note that you may not be placed in a session of a topic you choose.

If you have co-authors, provide the following information for them:
Co-author’s name (Surname, Given name, in alphabet)
Co-author’s affiliation
If you wish to organize an Organized Symposium or a Free Meeting, please contact the Meeting Office as soon as possible.

Language of presentation (Japanese or English)
Please make your presentation in Japanese or English.
